I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Colorado. I have over 30 years of experience in psychotherapy. I spent 28 of those years at the Mental Health Clinic at the VA Medical Center in metro Denver. I use a varied approach to address anger, anxiety, ADHD, depression, mood disorders, and trauma.

I believe our working relationship is very important in therapy. It allows us to apply the methods I use. These include Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.
