My career has largely focused on public mental health and addiction settings. I have experience as a frontline therapist for all ages, a crisis counselor, and a pre-hospitalization screener. For 16 years, I ran two community health agencies and a county mental health and recovery board. I use cognitive behavioral therapy and brief solution focus therapy in my practice.
