My role as a counselor is to help people. I walk alongside you, offering professional assistance to move you forward. I work with you to identify goals. We do this in a nonjudgmental environment.

I began my career with at-risk children and adolescents. I have worked in medical settings, providing individual and group counseling to adults and children. I have experience with grief, loss, depression, anxiety, trauma, self-esteem, and adjustment issues. I also offer dog-assisted therapy with Willow, my Red Golden Retriever.…
